Editorial policy
Genuine Living Review aims to make thoughtful, readable work about personal choices and the ideas behind them. We distinguish explanation from opinion, avoid presenting general reflections as professional advice, and correct meaningful errors when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and care
We check factual statements against suitable sources before publication and take care not to make a claim sound more certain than its basis allows. Articles should be clear about whether they explain an idea, offer a perspective or suggest a reflective exercise. Our work is not a substitute for professional support where a reader needs it.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for relevance to readers and fit with our subject. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, favourable treatment or editorial approval. We do not present a partner's claims as independent editorial conclusions.
Corrections
If you notice a material error, contact us through the Contact page and describe the passage and the correction you believe is needed. We review correction requests and amend published material when warranted, making the nature of a significant correction clear to readers.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, sponsored or partner-supported material is identified clearly so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where relevant, they are identified as AI-generated and are not offered as documentary evidence.
